Over a month with Muay Thai

Well, it’s about time to deliver a progress report on my first month of Muay Thai training.

Thus far, I’m really enjoying it and am having a great time. I feel my fitness improving each week and I always walk out exhausted and feeling good about myself, which it’s all about in the end. Also, my mindset has changed a lot and is getting more and more focused on tactics and stances while training which is great.

Next week the club will begin to offer Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training as well and I’ll definitely go and try it out. It has been something that I’ve wanted to start training as well so I think I’ll end up there as well.

I don’t think they’ll be there for my first training sessions.
