Hilarious American take on soccer

The video says it all.

Gareth Bale signs for Real Madrid

September 2, 2013

Gareth Bale is now officially a Real Madrid player and has set his sights on conquering Champion’s League.

This world-class signing makes Real Madrid kings of the transfer market once again as they had to out-do Barcelona who signed Neymar earlier.

With Bale now officially playing for Real Madrid, I will follow all their games and support them as Bale and Ronaldo are world-class players and it’ll be fantastic to see how their chemistry develops over time.

Rumors say the transfer fee broke world records amassing to £85.3 million. Wow. Now that will put a lot of pressure on Bale who now has a six-year contract at the Spanish capital.

Gareth Bale wants to leave Spurs

August 1, 2013

Gareth Bale has officially come out and said that he wants to leave Tottenham for Real Madrid. And since their bid is more than generous, I don’t see any reasons left now as to why he won’t be a Real Madrid player next season.

This is an excellent signing that will certainly add spice to Real Madrid’s roster and make their midfield amongst the very best and most exciting in the world. I am very excited for the next season.

£85 million bid for Bale

July 31, 2013

Real Madrid have to make a huge signing this summer. Barcelona got the biggest one there was, Neymar. And that doesn’t go well with Los Blancos fans. When you are at that size, you need signings, and the fans have demanded Gareth Bale from Tottenham. It is said that a bid of over £83 million has been made and it will be interesting to see if they accept it.

I really like the lad and I hope he does well in whatever club he is at. I think he should go to Madrid and become a star and experience Champions League like he deserves.

Mourinho at Chelsea again

June 16, 2013

Mourinho has returned to Chelsea and him being one of my favorite managers, I will once again follow Chelsea just like I did when he was the manager there many years ago.

English media is the best one. Mourinho agrees. I found it entertaining to see his weekly interviews and the English media portrayed him in a fair way. Chelsea was my second favorite team under the Mourinho era and I hope they will be again.

Here are my dream transfers for Mourinho this season:

  • Rooney
  • Hulk
  • Lewandowski
  • Also sell:

  • Torres
  • Obi Mikel
  • Demba Ba
  • Also do not renew contracts for Terry and Lampard. It’s time for a new Chelsea.

The man that will make me return to the Premier League once again. I plan to watch all 38 Chelsea games.

    Bayern München vs. Borussia Dortmund

    May 2, 2013

Yesterday the final for this years Champion’s League event was settled. Bayern München beat Barcelona with a 7-0 aggregate victory embarassing thoroughly and booked their place in the finals once more.

It’ll be an historic event which is all-German as they face up against Borussia Dortmund who overcame Real Madrid in the semi-finals with a 4-3 aggregate win. Also very impressive, although not as dominant as Bayern were in theirs.

I’d say no doubt that these two teams are worthy of being in the final and I expect high-level German football which I recently discovered I must admit. And I am liking it a lot, in fact, I like it far more than Italian football right now and that’s huge. I will be following these two teams in the Bundesliga next season.

I tip Bayern München to win this final with 2-0 or maybe 2-1 depending on the form Dortmunds attack, or should I be saying Lewandowski? An incredible striker and Polish pride no doubt. Rumors has it he’s going to either Manchester United or Bayern München next season. Götze has already signed with Bayern from Dortmund and they are looking to lose their two best players for the next season to their biggest rivals, sad indeed.

Lewandowski scored four goals against Real Madrid in the semi-final to take his team all the way to the final.

    Milan sign Balotelli

    January 31, 2013

Milan are in desperate need to reform their squad and a long way from the AAA club that they were 2003-2008. During this winter transfer season they added a veteran defender and now the big name signing, Mario Balotelli.

Balotelli in my eyes, is a joke. An embarassment to the sport not worthy of his talent or fortune. Galliani previously called him “poison” and now he has signed him to the club for €20+ millions. Unbelievable. I can’t believe it. I don’t think he will fit in nor do any good.

Thoughts on this signing? I would have signed Berbatov last season on a free transfer and also possibly Dzeko or Podolski for a cheaper price than this clown.

    An embarassment to the sport.

    Rangers looking sloppy

    January 21, 2013

So the NHL season has finally begun and as a NY Ranger fan, it is very, very disappointing thus far.

The Rangers fell to both to the Bruins and Penguins and I hope to see signifcant improvement. As of right now, it doesn’t look like a good season for us.

Next week there are some really nice matches coming up and I hope that they will be not only nice, but victories.

    Rangers most important player.

    Fight Night + Game Night

    January 19, 2013

Tonight is both the premiere of the 2013 NHL season and a new UFC event. Needless to say, I will be one happy lad.

For the UFC event I will be cheering for Vitor Belfort, I hate Bisping. Stupid bastard.

And in the hockey world, I’ll be cheering for my home away home team, NY Rangers. I consider myself to be half-New Yorker as I lived there for several years. I’ll try to catch every single Ranger game this season. Especially now that it has been shortened due to the strike.

Will you be watching any of these events?

    Yeeaah!

    Sports

    October 5, 2012

Sport season has almost fully begun (hockey hasn’t started yet) I have been cutting down on sports more and more over the years.

When I started watching MMA, it quickly took over my number one sport of soccer. Soccer has now been on the decline steadily as I am insanely disgusted with the diving and fake-injury dramatics. Sure, I do appreciate and admire the wonderful skills and beautiful plays that occur, that Ronaldo creates etc, but those are becoming increasingly rare.

MMA has also been a bit on the slowdown lately and right now I am actually looking forward to hockey the most. I will followed every single NY Rangers game this season, something that I have never done. Combine that with the select Champions League matches in soccer and MMA, and I have my full dose of sports. I might throw in some NBA with Celtics or Lakers. But hockey along with MMA will be my primary sources.

Looking forward to an exciting season of NHL hockey.
